How to start a business without any money by Rachel Bridge
Do you dream of starting your own business but don't have any money? What if you could set up a venture with nothing but a good business idea and the determination to make it work?
It's an appealing idea, particularly in the current economic climate where no one has cash to spare and austerity rules the day. In fact, studies show that more people start businesses during recessions than at any other time. The good news is that it can be done, provided you follow a few golden rules. Based on Rachel Bridge's popular workshops, this book will help set you on the way to success.
As the former Enterprise Editor for the Sunday Times, Rachel has interviewed hundreds of successful entrepreneurs. Join her on her journey as she starts up her very own enterprise, entrepreneurthings.com, and covers all the ups and downs she encounters, while giving examples along the way of how real-life entrepreneurs have coped with the same problems that beset everyone in business at some point.
An inspiration to me! I managed to get a photo and a signed copy of her book! As you can see, very happy!
The book is amazing whether or not you are wanting to start a business, its definitely worth a read! you can purchase from amazon or through her website.
Also check out her other books, You Can Do It Too, How I Made It and My Big Idea!

Dragons fired up by Kate's invention!
Adverts for Bog in a Bag being shot in the Netherlands
AN inventor has secured the backing of a millionaire television businessman for her new portable toilet.
Kate Castle, 35, took her BoginaBag idea onto hit BBC show Dragon’s Den in the hope of landing a much-needed investment.
The innovation at first glance looks exactly like a standard camping chair, but a cover over the top can be removed to create a toilet-seat.
Degradable bags can then be used to cover the BoginaBag, making a lightweight and portable loo – perfect for camping trips and festivals.
"It was an idea that soon sparked a bidding war between the dragons – with Deborah Meaden, Hilary Devey and Theo Paphitis all putting in offers.

We should have got a Bog in a Bag!
So the Isle of White festival is coming up and it got us thinking, 1. I hope the weather is nice :) and 2. that you have all bought your Bog in a Bag!!
Lets face it! This is England! If the weather is on its usual behavior you DO NOT want to be waiting in those muddy queues for the porta-loos!
We have had so many emails from festivals, travelers and people who have had nasty experiences on holiday in different countries because of the conditions of the loos!
We had one email begging us for shipment to stores in Hong Kong because of the conditions of the loos out there. We thought, now how bad can it possibly be? so we did some research, and were shocked with our finds!
This is the condition of most toilets in Hong Kong, and you may be thinking, they must be the public toilets, or toilets while on the road, WRONG! This is from a toilet in a restaurant in Hong Kong!
When we heard of the conditions of Hong Kong toilets it got us thinking that we may need to start distributing our products around the world!
Say NO to bad toilet experiences!
If you are planning on travelling, taking a year out or even going on holiday, DO YOUR RESEARCH! I have had bad experiences myself, in otherwise lovely resorts, a nasty toilet can ruin the fun!!
So be sure to grab a Bog in a Bag next time! :) :)

The Dragons' Den winner Kate Castle, Founder of BoginaBag, initially wanted to find a manufacturer based in the UK to produce her portable camping toilet product. After it's proved difficult, she then came onto Alibaba.com and found the suppliers, who have worked with her since to create the tailor-made product and put this new concept into reality. Kate won the investment from Theo Paphitis in Dragons' Den in summer 2011.

Bog in a Bag! As seen on Dragons Den!
BoginaBag (Bog in a Bag) is a unique portable toilet that is extremely light weight, portable and very robust. It provides the owner with a solution to that age old question of needing to go and having nowhere to go! It folds out as a seat in all places, but when nature calls you then remove the cover insert one of our specially designed degradable bags, relax and relieve yourself.
In 2008 Kate Castle was camping in Dorset. Lying awake and desperate for a pee she decided there must be a better option than having to trek across a dark campsite to a toilet block. On her return she began hunting around for a portable toilet. Dismissing the bulky chemical based options she decided it was time to come up with a better alternative.

It took two years to get the product to market but by 2010 BoginaBag was selling well and receiving some fantastic press. Keen to move the product forward Kate took the decision in 2011 to enter the "Dragons Den." After a two hour grilling and three offers she walked away with a new business partner and the dragon she wanted. Theo Paphitis joined the Boginabag team in late 2011 and work began on new product lines and the international market. In 2012 a new umbrella brand emerged "Gear to Go" that would encompass all new lines. 2012 also saw the company receive two small business awards and Kate continues to feature in business publications and lecture on taking a product from idea to market. See the Invention workshop tab for more information on this.
BoginaBag, the unique portable travel toilet, was designed and developed with the help of Innovate Product Design Ltd.
